Social and Search Ads Manager
We’re looking for someone with the following skills and experience in:
- Knowledge of automation tools and advanced remarketing.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines with composure and focus.
- Proficiency with platforms: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Hotjar and/or Microsoft Clarity.
- Ability to read and interpret metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, CPC, etc.).
- An analytical and creative mindset in equal measure, yes, we want numbers and ideas.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English.
- Strong communication, autonomy, and a results-oriented approach.

Here are some of the key responsibilities you’ll take on:
– Social media management
– Operationalization of social media strategy and content planning for brands across diverse sectors
– Develop written content for different social media platforms — copywriting
– Develop creative concepts for a range of communication needs
– Proficiency in creating sponsored campaigns across different social networks (Paid Media | Ads)
– Ability to analyze and interpret various metrics and KPIs
– Creation and monitoring of email campaigns

– Creative writing skills
– Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

– Proficiency with Google tools (Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio)
– Proficiency with Facebook Ads and Business Manager
– Passion for and expertise in social media
– Strong sense of responsibility and drive to excel

– Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Professional Experience
– Training in Digital Marketing (preferred)
